Sessions

Field Sessions:
The Field Sessions are to cement the best technique into all habits of operating your position.  Don’t enforce bad habits, Get a Coach!

Classroom Sessions:
All Professional Players spend 20 plus hours a week in the classroom.  We will teach you how to watch film to your advantage by breakdowns.  Also, our priority is to make your understanding of the game of football raise to professional level.

Workout Sessions:

When you exercise with standard gym machines, you’re locked into a fixed position.  A belt or bar or padded seat keeps you stable while you perform a simple motion, basically to exercise a single muscle. Seated on a bench, say, you do arm curls, cranking a camshaft connected to a weight. That’s fine, as far as it goes.  But how often in real life do you lift weights while seated?  You    might be fit, but fit for what?

A new fitness philosophy known as functional exercise is the answer. Its premise: Exercise should have a higher purpose than making you look cut.  Functional exercise, as its name implies, mimics motions you perform in your  position.  It will make you stronger and more limber in performing your necessary motions per position.  Also, this type of exercise will be the biggest             protection against injury.

Along with strength training you must work on agility.  The agility training will be tailored per your position.  Quicker drops with more depth and wide  receivers will be able to easily out maneuver the DB and get in and out of moves with smooth transition.
